Voxel Micro Video Labs is a Raw Capture facility. We believe in "Data Sovereignty." You own 100% of your Digital Assets the second the session ends. We do not edit, mix, or color grade because we know you likely have an AI workflow (Descript, OpusClip) that is faster and cheaper than any human editor. We provide the "Clean Data"—the perfectly lit, noiseless raw files—and you apply the strategy.
Deliverables & Amenities
When you finish recording in our sound-treated rooms, the clock starts ticking on your data. To protect your intellectual property, we have strict protocols in place.
- Immediate File Transfer: We transfer raw data directly to your physical SSD or via a cloud link immediately post-session. Once the files are in your possession, the chain of custody ends.
- The 7-Day Kill Switch: We are not a storage locker. We retain files for seven (7) days as a courtesy backup, then they are permanently deleted. This forces you to take ownership of your IP immediately and minimizes cybersecurity risks.
- Amenities: Beyond the data, we offer a Make-up room (vanity station) and a waiting area for guests, but we strictly prohibit micro-particulates like glitter or sand that could ruin the noise floor of the room.

"How will I receive my files?"
The Voxel Rule: Raw files are transferred immediately post-session. If data is lost due to our error, our liability is strictly limited to a "Make-Good" replacement booking.
"What is the cancellation policy?"
The Voxel Rule: Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. We respect the calendar, and we expect you to do the same.
