We collect only the information reasonably necessary to review Founding 100 introductions, communicate studio opening updates, and provide podcast and video production services:

  • Founding 100 Application & Contact Information: Your name, business or practice name, role, business city, email address, optional phone number, optional website or profile URL, industry classification, studio location preference, and perspective notes you voluntarily submit.
  • Communications & Inquiries: Records of emails, phone calls, or messages you send to our team regarding studio sessions, workshops, or community events.
  • Technical & Consent Metadata: Essential session state, cookie consent preferences stored locally in your browser, campaign attribution parameters (such as UTM tags), and security rate-limiting logs used strictly to prevent automated spam.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information we collect for the following transparent business purposes:

  • Reviewing and recognizing qualified local businesses and professionals applying to the Founding 100 community;
  • Sending transactional confirmation emails and periodic updates regarding our studio construction and opening timeline (currently estimated for October 2027, subject to change);
  • Responding to your direct questions, scheduling requests, and customer support inquiries;
  • Maintaining the security, integrity, and accessibility of our website and database infrastructure; and
  • Complying with applicable California and federal legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third-party data brokers or advertisers. Every Founding 100 email update includes a one-click unsubscribe link so you can opt out at any time.

4. Cookies & Service Providers

Non-essential analytics and marketing cookies are disabled by default until you explicitly opt in via our Cookie Preferences control. We rely on trusted infrastructure providers—including Supabase (database and authentication hosting), Vercel (edge content delivery), Resend (transactional email delivery), and Stripe (when studio bookings are enabled)—each bound by strict confidentiality and data-processing agreements.

5. Your GDPR & CCPA Privacy Rights (Access, Correction & Deletion)

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored in access-controlled databases protected by Row-Level Security (RLS).
